Mid-South Concrete Lifting, LLC
A series of 3/8 inch diameter holes are drilled through the concrete to access the void for filling.
High-density foam is pumped into the void and the pressure raises the concrete to within 1/10 of an inch accuracy.
Once the concrete has reached the desired level, the small access holes are patched with mortar and the concrete is ready to be used in minutes.
Why does concrete settle?
Erosion: poor drainage, improperly placed down sprouts, leaking drain pipes and broken water lines are some of the most common culprits
Poor Compaction: Fill dirt was improperly compacted to industry standards for support
Biological decay: Construction trash pits, buried trees, and other biodegradable materials all break down. Sometimes buildings, roadways and parking lots are built over these areas. As these materials decay and rot, cracks and sunken areas will appear in the concrete.
