How it works

  • 1. Site Inspection

First, we will arrive and inspect the site. During this step we will determin the extent of the void and issues with the area below the slab.

  • 2. Small Precision Holes Are Drilled

Then small holes are drilled in the concrete for the purpose of accsessing the void below the slab.

  • 3. High-Density Foam Is Injected

Next, a specialized high-density expanding foam is injected beneath the slab. As the foam expands, it fills voids and gently raises the concrete back toward its original position with precise control.

  • 4. Concrete Is Lifted and Stabilized

Next, the concrete is lifted by the expanding foam and our equipment. Becoming an even surface and fixing and cracks caused by the slab settling or sinking.

  • 5. Holes Are Sealed and Ready to Use

Once the concrete is leveled, the small access holes are sealed and finished. In many cases, the area can be used again almost immediately, minimizing downtime and disruption.
